PinPoint Magazine is run by lifelong friends Andy and Jane.
The magazine was launched via a successful Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign which finished on 18th June 2022. Huge thanks to all our backers who helped make this happen.
Andy Wright
aka Tentmantent
Andy, or Tenty as his caching pals call him, has been caching since 2006. He loves all aspects of the game, especially virtuals and Wherigos. He’s cached in several countries, including Malawi, Zambia and Macau but is mostly to be found in the flatlands of Lincolnshire where he was a member of the 2021 UK Mega Committee. He writes an occasional blog on geocaching at tentmantent.co.uk
Jane Spencer
aka curlyshirley
Jane started caching in 2010 when Andy introduced her to the game. She describes herself as a bit of a casual cacher, but she does particularly enjoy a challenging Mystery Cache. She also famously designed the logo for the 2021 UK Mega (Lincolnshire)!
Jane is an editor, proofreader and publisher living in Cambridgeshire and is delighted to be getting more involved in the caching community through PinPoint.
Back in 1980, Jane placed an advert in the Beatles fan magazine wanting penpals. Andy replied, and the two have been friends ever since! Over 40 years later they are both extremely excited to be working together to produce PinPoint. Want to know any more about us? Just ask!
