Subscriptions

What do I get with a print subscription?

You’ll receive four print issues of PinPoint Magazine a year, in January, April, July and October. You’ll also be able to read all the digital versions of the magazine on the website by logging into your account.

What do I get with a digital subscription?

With a digital subscription, you won’t receive any printed magazines. Instead, you’ll also be able to read all the digital versions of the magazine on the website by logging into your account.

I’ve subscribed but I haven’t received a magazine yet

First, check that took out a print subscription rather than a digital subscription. Got to your account, log in and click ‘My Subscription’. Then scroll down to ‘Subscription totals’ where you’ll see the type of subscription you’re subscribed to.

If you do have a print subscription, then the first magazine you receive will be the one published after you subscribed. Read more here.

I bought the wrong subscription! Can I change it?

If you’ve bought a digital subscription when you meant to buy a print subscription, or vice versa, we might be able to switch it over (if it hasn’t been too long since you subscribed). Email us at sales @ pinpointmag.co.uk

I want to cancel my subscription

No problem! Subscriptions are set to renew automatically, but you can cancel your subscription at any time and it will not auto-renew.

Log in to your account and click ‘My Subscription’. In the ‘Actions’ box click CANCEL. That’s it! Your subscription will cancel at the end of the year.

Alternatively, instead of cancelling you can change your renewal to manual instead of automatic. Log in to your account and click ‘My Subscription’. Click the ‘Auto-renew’ button. It will go grey and the Payment method below will change to read ‘Via Manual Renewal’. When your annual subscription is up you will receive an email reminder, and you can choose to renew your subscription if you wish.

Note: with print subscriptions, you’ll continue to receive the magazines you’ve already paid for until the subscription cancels at the end of the year. For digital subscriptions, you’ll continue to have access to the digital magazines on the website until your subscription cancels at the end of the year.

I don’t want my subscription to auto-renew; I want to manually renew it every year

All new subscriptions are set to renew automatically, but you can change your renewal to manual instead of automatic.

Log in to your account and click ‘My Subscription’. Click the ‘Auto-renew’ button. It will go grey and the Payment method below will change to read ‘Via Manual Renewal’. When your annual subscription is up you will receive an email reminder, and you can choose to renew your subscription if you wish.

I cancelled my subscription by mistake! Can I uncancel it?

Yes you can!

If you’ve cancelled your subscription, you’ll still receive magazines (for a print subscription) or have access to the digital magazines (for a digital subscription) until your full year’s subscription is up.

If you want to uncancel your subscription, log in to your account and click ‘My Subscription’. Click the ‘REACTIVATE’ button. Your subscription will be reactivated.

If ‘Payment’ field says ‘Via Manual Renewal’ then you will need to manually renew when the year is up. If you’d like to set it to auto renew instead, click the ‘Auto renew’ button.

I have a print subscription voucher. How do I redeem it?

IF YOU DON’T CURRENTLY HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION

Go to the Subscribe page on the website and click BUY NOW under the Print Subscription option. On the next page click ADD TO CART. At checkout, enter your voucher code in the ‘Coupon code’ section at the top, then click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. If you forgot to enter your voucher code, there’s another opportunity to do so here. Then complete your details and checkout as normal.

Please note that your subscription will not automatically renew. You’ll receive an email reminder when your subscription is due for renewal.

IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION

Log in to your account, click ‘My Subscription’ and then click the button to turn off Auto renew. Then click RENEW NOW. You’ll be taken to the checkout – enter the code at the top and complete checkout as normal.

If you then check your account and click ‘My Subscription’, you’ll see that it will have been extended by a year.

Please note that your subscription will now be manual so will not automatically renew. You’ll receive an email reminder and will need to renew manually (using the RENEW NOW option as above, with or without a coupon code). If you’d like to switch back to auto renewal, just click the ‘Auto renew’ button again.

Managing your account

How do I log in to my account?

Go to the My Account page on the menu and log in. Enter your user name or email address, then enter your password. Click LOG IN.

I don’t know my user name

No problem. You can log in with the email address you used to subscribe.

I don’t know my password

No problem. Go to the My Account page on the menu and click ‘Lost your password?’

On the next page enter your email address and click ‘Get New Password’. You’ll receive an email with the subject ‘[PinPoint Magazine] Password Reset’ which will tell you how to reset your password.

I’m moving house. How can I tell you to send PinPoint Magazine to my new address?

Simply change the shipping address on your account! Log in, click ‘Addresses’, then edit your Shipping and Billing addresses as needed.

How can I change the payment card on my account?

Log in to your account and click ‘Payment methods’. Here you can delete your old payment card and add a new one.

Note: PinPoint Magazine does not store your payment details and cannot view them. This information is only held in an encrypted format by our payment processor, Stripe.
